Positive Attitude for Healing

One of the things we discovered when interviewing people who had reversed terminal disease is that attitude and outlook is extremely important. Studies have shown that people who meditate or pray for five minutes a day are healthier and have better outcomes when ill than those who did not. Positive mental attitude, being at peace and forgiveness are important keys to wellness. Laura talks a little about these.
